thanks for your answers I have core 2 duo 3gh E8400, AtiRadeon 4850 512mb,and can not play on full 1680*1050 monitor size with full texture quality,this game has really big requirements!
Also can not play on windows 7 it had some problems like slow,bad performance,like problem with codec. So I had to install winXP,and everything works perfect.
From the biggest GTA fan, recommend it to everyone!
