Nothing will ever compare to the first level of MOH 1. I remember playing that for the first time when I was 10 and I thought I’d died and gone to heaven- most atmospheric game I’ve ever played.
I hope to ‘God’ that the final product is good.
The last amazing MOH’s were Allied Assault and Frontline, the rest have been mediocre (though Airborne looked ok)

The game looks technically nice even if the picture of good against evil that it seems to deliver looks a bit like propaganda.

This game is going to kick so much ass. It’s about time some one makes a game dedicated to conflicts in Afghanistan. After two deployments there you really see alot. This game will be fucking epic. Can’t wait
@MtbJoy213 That’s true but i would like MW2 hell of alot more if it was more realistic instead of getting killed by Yakety sax players and guys falling 1000ft and survive and knife you. CoD4 and WAW are the best Call Of Duty games.

Yay they made the models of the guns like the real guns in this game. Instead of Infinity ward making it look like an airsoft gun bought in Wall’ mart.
This game makes cod look like a piece of shit.

Shooting from a helicopter with thermal. Seen it.
Shooting stereotypical ragheaded terrorists. Seen it.
Night vision? Seen it.
Breaching? Seen it.
That same white model pick-up truck with a machine gun on the back? Yep.
Traditionally WW2 franchise moving 60 years ahead? Seen it.

hang on according to my research the Singleplayer [ made by EA ] utilises the unreal engine 3 and the multiplayer [ made by Dice ] utilises the frostbite engine. ummm isnt that risky? think of how much encoding they must do to link the damn engines together. Also it will look a bit silly since in singleplayer the guy will be sliding accross the floor and in multiplayer he’ll be wobbling around . lol hope it works

@GIjohnpaul I think he’s saying just as real in terms of the tv. Playing the game is just as real as watching it on CNN, as CNN has live footage, but no interaction, and the game has interaction, but no live footage. Ofcourse the game is not like real combat. It is for entertainment purposes, not for education. I don’t play football because I need the skill to run away from a sabertooth tiger, I play because I get an adrenaline rush that is a remnant from those prehistoric days.

Nothing will ever capture war like the experience there. Sticky skin under the uniform and gear. Firing a saw so much so long that the whole weapon is burning hot but you have to keep firing. Do not compare this crap to an era where friends, family, and loved ones have fallen in the name of service. IT IS A DIRECT INSULT.
